Eric was born on 25 April 1990. He is the youngest official driver
of the SODI team, the world’s biggest racing kart manufacturing
company.Jean Eric started to ride at the age of four. When he was just nine years old, he took part in the qualification race for the Minime Championship. Amongst his prize list, there are various regional titles, along with national and Europeans titles. After having been French Champion in the minime category in 2001, he became ICA Vice European Champion in 2005. It was first time he was taking part in such an important competition. Jean Eric is a young, passionate and thorough boy, and he is very determined to make his dream come true: to live for races. He is part of the French karting team in 2006, in the list of the high-level athletes in the Junior category. 2007 is the year of its debuts in Formula Campus and especially of its first title in automobile. Jean Eric becomes Champion of France of Formula Campus. The tests in which he participates in the end of the year allow him to join the training sector of the Red Bull Junior Team. He is also part of the French Team. |
